We are an operator-led investment firm with roots in real estate and a mandate that follows opportunity. Our current focus is European residential (Spain), African off-plan investments (Nigeria), and structured cross-border vehicles. We hold assets through Luxembourg SPV structures optimised for non-EU capital deployment. We think in years, not quarters.
Our founding team combines advanced education (IUM Monaco, computer science, cybersecurity) with hands-on deal experience across frontier and developed markets. We operate from Canada and Monaco, with networks spanning Lagos, Madrid, and beyond. We bring institutional discipline to markets that lack institutional infrastructure.
